Who Can Help You

I​f you have an emergency at home, you or someone else is hurt, or you are scared you might get hurt you can call 999 from any phone.

 

 

T​he person will ask you:-
  • W​here you are (Your address)
  • Y​our name and how old you are
  • W​hat is happening or what has happened
L​isten to what the person says - they will help you
 

 

If you are worried about something that is happening or you are being hurt by someone you can call Childline.

 

 

I​f you need someone to talk to, or if you are worried about something at home, you can call NSPCC Helpline
