Our Rights Respecting Ambassadors make sure that children’s rights are known, respected, and celebrated in school. They will lead assemblies, support classroom discussions, and help ensure our school is a fair and welcoming place for every child.
This year they may help create a Rights Respecting display, lead whole-school campaigns to promote equality and fairness, support Anti-Bullying Week, and encourage every class to learn about the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. They set an excellent example of kindness and respect.
Look out for updates on their first campaigns on our social media pages soon!
Have a look at their action plan below, as well as their posters of the Unicef Rights of the Child to remind yourself - how many can you remember without looking?! Which rights can you show you live out through your actions every day?
