Our Church

The school is named after our local church, St Michael with St Thomas Church, and as a school we value the close links that we share.
Rev. Linda and other members of the clergy visit school once a week to lead whole school worship, and the school regularly visits the church. Throughout the year, all classes have the responsibility to lead our school in collective worship or be part of church led worship. Children also have the opportunity to visit church to support their learning in RE lessons.
Our Ethos Group and school choir work closely with the church to celebrate and reflect on key events throughout the year. These include, Harvest, Christingle, AshesToGo and Easter.
